Jannik Sinner explained that he has a 'clear' conscious over the doping allegations that overshadowed his second Australian Open victory on Sunday night. The Italian produced a dominant performance to beat world No 2 Alexander Zverev 6-3 7-6 (7-4) 6-3 in the final of the men's singles to retain his title and pick up his third Grand Slam victory. It comes as the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) are set to appeal a decision by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) to clear the Italian of any wrongdoing after he tested positive on two occasions for a banned substance known as clostebol, in March 2024.
