A Louisiana hairstylist gave an 11-year-old girl a revenge cut after her mother refused to pay the $25 late fee. An unidentified mother and daughter arrived for their appointment at Draft Picks Barbershop in Baton Rouge at 5:10pm - 10 minutes past their scheduled time.
