COUNTRY duo Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney are secretly battling one another on The Voice after kicking off their joint coaching role, a body language expert has said.

She claimed a rift between the country singers could have resurfaced and noticed a "pressure" building when they joined Season 25 of the singing competition.

Grammy Award winners Dan, 36, and Shay, 31, appeared on The Voice for the first time as coaches in February.

One promotion clip on Instagram showed the stars talking about their new gig.

"I'm excited to watch both of you coaching and fighting between you two; you cannot possibly agree on every decision," commented one fan.

Body language expert Judi James noticed "status and power rituals" between the country music stars.

She said at 5 feet and 8 inches tall, Dan used Shay as a "leaning post."

Dan and Shay have performed as a duo since 2012 but separated for a spell in 2021.

"Pressure and strain are showing between this double act," James told The U.S. Sun.

"Dan and Shay split up in the past, and here we saw signs of fluctuating status and power rituals.

"There was also an imbalance of star time during their promo clips.

"Dan and Shay looked as keen as mustard to do well, but there were displays of overkill smiling and ingratiation techniques.

"Their first clip showed Dan using Shay as a leaning post as they discussed the show.

"In the group coach photo, Dan used facial showboating and a diagonal body lean to dominate."

"The heat has been turned up in terms of secretly competing with each other," she claimed.

"Dan & Shay may not be the double team The Voice hoped for."

A video shared on Instagram in February showed the pair inspecting their new double chair.

"[Dan and Shay] say 2 red chairs are better than 1," NBC captioned the post.

The duo sat close to one another, checked out the infamous red button, and discussed tactics.

James said Dan performed other power gestures to assert himself in the double chair.

"Dan tended to use more of a power leg splay when he sat down before Shay followed suit," said James.

"Then they started wrangling over who would push the red button.

"Dan mimed, whacking his hand down on the red button from a great height to show he would be the one to decide."

"Shay then pointedly placed his hand lower, right over the button.

"He showed Dan how they would make joint decisions with his hand on it and laid his other hand over it in defiance," she said.

Dan and Shay sang with Reba McEntire, John Legend, and Chance the Rapper in another Instagram clip.

"[Shay] has a beautiful high voice," commented one fan, while another added, "Shay's vocals are so powerful!"

"This was Shay's time to shine in the duo," said James.

"He flexed and stretched his vocals as much as possible and got approval nods from the other coaches.

"Dan won much less camera attention and had to stand back, strumming his guitar.

"He did not get his vocal mic while Shay belted out the song in close-up."

The duo hit the country music scene over a decade ago.

Since 2012, they have amassed over 10 billion global streams via Tequila, Speechless, and From The Ground Up.

They also appeared as battle advisors with Blake Shelton on The Voice in 2020.

In 2021, the pair separated professionally after finishing up an arena tour.

Dan claimed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that they took time out because performing as a duo was "tough."

"I think life just happens," he said.

"We've been doing this for 10 years, and being in a duo is the toughest configuration of being an artist," he added.

Previously, Dan and Shay's personal lives have been closely aligned.

They both got married in the same year.

James suggested Dan would continue to try to dominate, which showed most of all during the coach's line-up photo op.

"Facing up to the camera in what looks like a selfie, Dan used the height differential again to impose a hint of dominance," she said.

"He leaned his elbow on Shay's shoulder, not in a partial clasp, hug, or affection.

"He used Shay as a leaning post yet again.

"When Dan and Shay posed in the coaches' line-up photo, Dan positioned himself next to Reba.

"He was the only one who used facial showboating again and a diagonal body lean to dominate the space beside her.

AMY Robach and TJ Holmes's podcasting pursuits could have meant tweaking their wardrobes and adding new clothes for up-to-date looks.

According to a stylist, the ousted Good Morning America hosts have been throwing on "cheap" clothes when they get up in the morning and look "drab" for work.

Amy and TJ look drab and uninteresting when they do their podcasting, said Amanda Sanders[/caption]

On Tuesday, Amy, 51, and TJ, 46, told listeners their next podcasting steps could be live recordings in front of fans.

"It's about a month from now, and it is going to be here in New York, but if it goes well, we'll see if we can get beyond New York," Amy said.

The mom of two was dressed in a black cardigan with her hair pulled back into a bun.

TJ, meanwhile, wore an old-fashioned cream cable-knit sweater.

Stylist Amanda Sanders said the couple's clothes appeared to have been sitting in their closets "for a very long time."

Amy and TJ's outfits seem a far cry from their days as high-flying TV hosts on GMA3.

Enjoying healthy pay packets, TJ wore designer suits, and Amy stylish dresses matched with perfectly manicured nails and hair.

After the couple's rumored affair was exposed in 2022, they lost their jobs.

In 2023, they navigated a different personal life and, behind the scenes, worked on a new-look career.

Amy & TJ launched in November and appeared to be a rebrand for the couple.

In the first few episodes, Sanders said Amy and TJ's clothes looked "uninteresting."

"Amy and TJ want to signal to America that they are average Joes," she said.

"The clothes they wear are about comfort for Amy and TJ, but they both look drab and uninteresting.

"I would not think any of it is particularly expensive either.

"Amy, for one, probably does not have a budget anymore for somebody to style her.

"These clothes have not been bought recently and seem to have been in her closet for a long time.

"It appears that Amy throws on all these clothes when she wakes up in the mornings."

Since ABC took the co-hosts off the air and fired them, Amy and TJ's livelihoods and lifestyles changed.

Their marriages also collapsed with the two couples splitting.

Amy moved out of her family home, which she had shared with her husband, actor Andrew Shue.

TJ filed for divorce from his wife, attorney Marilee Fiebig, with whom he shares a daughter, Sabine, 11.

Since then, the couple has been seen running in workout gear, looking relaxed on dates in New York City.

They have been seen on vacation wearing sweatpants and shorts.

In 2023, Amy moved into an expensive three-bedroom property in Tribeca.

She often posts videos on Instagram from inside her home.

Sanders suggested closet spaces like hers should have been "edited."

"Amy still lives in Manhattan, and a closet for anyone is real estate there," she said.

"People tend to have to edit their spaces pretty tightly in Manhattan because they do not have much room in their homes.

"Amy chooses clothes that look like they have been sitting in her closet forever.

"If I had all those clothes in my closet and in that palette, I would look drab and washed out like she does."

A source told The U.S. Sun that Amy and TJ got a $50,000 sign-on bonus for their podcast project, Amy TJ[/caption]

Amy had spent over two decades on TV before leaving behind a well-paid job.

A source told Page Six that Amy's settlement was "much bigger" than TJ's, given how long she had worked at ABC News.

According to The U.S. Sun, both stars received a low podcast advance paycheck for Amy & TJ.

A source said both got a $50,000 sign-on bonus for what one insider called "a vanity project."

"She just chooses any clothes she can pull out of her closet.

"TJ has also become incredibly toned down nowadays," she said.

"He even wears these goofy sweaters, which can look cute. One of the sweaters he was wearing was too big.

"Overall, TJ is handsome and can pull off many things in fashion.

"He was always so well-dressed on GMA.

"Their body language on their podcast couch, chairs, or in the studio is cute.

"TJ is always being coy and forward.

"It might be that Amy wanted to look cute with him, with her bra showing.

"But again, there are other better things to wear that would make Amy look cute sitting next to him rather than drab and washed-out."

WENDY Williams' relentless struggle to reclaim a life once filled with positivity, fame, and fortune is futile, a body language expert has said.

Given the former TV host's gestures in her documentary, she claimed Wendy's "relentless courting" of the limelight comes off as "tragic and exhausting."

Wendy's two-part documentary premieres February 24 on Lifetime.

Wendy, 59, executively produced the film, which sows the mom of one grappling with fame, family, and her highly-publicized health issues.

"May this be the comeback we've been waiting for," one fan said after the trailer was released in February.

"Unfortunately, her professional life has come and gone. She has to come to terms with it," wrote another.

Body Language expert Judi James suggested the trailer for 'Where Is Wendy Williams?" exposed the TV veteran's increasing "frailty."

Over the last decade, Wendy has suffered from Graves' disease and hyperthyroidism.

Her addiction battles have seen her move in and out of treatment.

Ahead of the film's release, Wendy's family announced that she has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia.

Before now, the former TV star's struggles have seen her take time off work and lose her show. She is under court-ordered guardianship.

James suggested the film was Wendy's last "angry" effort to reclaim just a fraction of the promising career and life she once had.

"Wendy's body language signals show a lot of frailty," she said.

"She harbors plenty of anger at what has happened to her.

"In the trailer clips, she tells the camera, 'I control me!' and 'How dare he!' plus a demanding 'keep it there!'

"She has a stare and an index finger of angry authority when a bottle is taken away for her and held in front of her.

"But to balance this sense of power, dominance, and anger, there are clips of Wendy at her most vulnerable.

"This documentary shows her most emotionally needy, fragile moments, but sadly, there may be no way out of it all now."

Wendy's life appeared to spiral. She took part in interviews and concerned fans when she walked barefoot in her apartment block.

Wendy once claimed she had gotten married when she had not.

James said the trailer was difficult to watch.

"Wendy's body language in the trailer clips from her documentary makes very uncomfortable viewing," she said.

"There are scenes showing her fame and scenes of a decline.

"The story underneath describes the destructive but addictive nature of fame, but Wendy fails to act on that.

"We are shown Wendy's frailty and ill health, but her wings keep flapping.

"Her phrase, 'All I know is how to be famous,' is the most telling.

"We are then shown Wendy being famous and successful before a moment when she cries, 'Oh god, I can't do this!'

"She appears to collapse on a shoot and looks scared and clinging to an assistant."

Wendys son, Kevin Hunter Jr (seen here in 2019), appears in the new documentary[/caption]

During a sit-down with The U.S. Sun in 2023, Wendy's son, Kevin, 22, opened up about his mother's struggles.

"Any time you do something excessive, it could lead to death," he said.

"It's gotten to a point where, yes, it could have that effect."

Wendy married Kevin's father, Kevin Hunter, 51, in 1997 before they split in 2019.

She maintained he fathered a child with another woman.

James said the star tried to put her best foot forward with some friends and family showering her with love.

"When Wendy emerges from a car dressed in a froth of daffodil yellow, it signals creativity and optimism," she said.

"Screams from fans meet her, and she punches the air and looks optimistic.

"We are then shown Wendy walking backstage at her show.

"She combines praying gestures with her hands to air punches again, like a boxer about to enter the ring.

"She is then called 'the Boss' to register authority and strength."

Wendy punched the air at the start of the trailer and showed starlike qualities, said a body language expert[/caption]

James said moments creep in when Wendy shows starlike qualities, but then there is a "tragic" switch.

"The Judy Garland moment is when she stands immobile just as the curtains go up and the spotlight hits her," she said.

"She transforms into a total diva with one arm raised to pose to the audience.

"This shows her physical and emotional transformation as she turns into a star.

"Then, an empty padded chair signals a complete mood change to something much darker and more tragic.

"The camera pulls back to show a large crew on top of her.

"The crew starts recording every tragic-looking moment in Wendy's relentless need to still court fame.

"How she managed to produce this documentary itself is a wonder."

EVEN Hollywood's elite isn't immune to the effects of time, and an aesthetic doctor has revealed the signs they've secretly gotten work done.

From lip filler to chipmunk cheeks, he told The U.S. Sun which stars you might be surprised have gone under the knife — and how to tell.

He first delved into the 'traditional' and 'old work she had done previously (pictured in 2011)[/caption]

Juvly Aesthetics CEO Dr. Justin Harper revealed telltale signs that some of your favorite celebrities have had a little nip-and-tuck over the last decade or so.

"The mind is smart. Even if you don't know what was done, you know something's not right," he told The U.S. Sun.

MARGOT ROBBIE

It takes a lot to look like a real-life Barbie, and according to Dr. Justin Harper, a lot went a long way to achieve Margot Robbie's ageless features.

Most people would consider her to be one of the most attractive celebrities, and she's certainly achieved "beauty icon status."

But Dr. Harper says it's not all natural.

"What you see are very telltale signs of traditional work and old work," the physician explained.

One thing Dr. Harper noticed immediately in a photo from 2011 was that her cheeks were too broad and too high, creating some "artificial blockiness to her face."

If not done correctly, bad cheek filler can "make people look funny" and show your age.

Along with lip filler, he said there was some flatness around the nose to the corners of the mouth, and the chin looks shortened.

The Australian actresses' features looked very masculine, he said.

"You'll notice how blocky it is if you put a piece of paper over her eyes, over her cheeks, and cover up all of her other features," he said.

"Most people misunderstand that it's more expensive to get work that you don't see than it is to get work that you see," Dr. Harper explained.

He said that most injectors could probably achieve Margot's old look with "five or six syringes in the wrong places" which would cost about $3,000.

Because you need a lot more volume to treat the areas that are actually aging as opposed to artificial areas of aging, how she looks more recently probably costs at least four or five times the amount as before.

"Over the years, I think it adds up to keep things up," the doctor admitted.

If you pay close attention to photos, Margot Robbie looks subtly different today.

In more recent snaps, he said, "She's clearly done a significant amount of skin tightening.

"She's treated her temples and her cheeks. She does all things.

"Now if you look at her [recently], much older, her cheek shape has been softened and corrected. There's more of the natural feminine slope to it."

According to Dr. Harper, the filler around her mouth has also either gone away or dissolved, which allowed her lips to age naturally, and her chin has been elongated to sharpen her jawline overall.

"There's probably something in them to maintain the hydration between the two, but not an extensive amount," he added.

Dr. Harper called the example on the right "good work."

"She has great genetics but really good work to bring her back from kind of the way she was trending before," he added.

HAILEY BIEBER

Hailey Bieber has never confirmed that she has had anything done, but Dr. Justin Harper thinks she did.

Many have speculated about what plastic surgery and cosmetic work she's gotten done, from her plump pout to her snatched jawline.

In the past, she's taken to Instagram to state that it's just really good makeup, but Dr. Harper offered his take.

"Your mind knows when something's normal or not," he said.

If people can't stop talking about Hailey Bieber's lips, there is probably a reason why.

The border of her lip is accentuated and like a "ridge," according to Dr. Harper.

The white line area that borders the top of her upper lip is called a "white roll," which can also be accentuated using injectable fillers.

"If it's off by even a millimeter, our minds pick it up from a conversational distance. It's one of the most important things when you're rebuilding a lip," the expert explained.

Dr. Harper explained that there might be a reason why the model keeps saying that her luscious lips are the result of only good liner or a "lip liner technique."

"It's not uncommon for a patient to not know exactly what we did," he said.

"If we don't use clear language in describing what we did, it's not surprising that they wouldn't describe it accurately."

Not only does he think she "for sure" has lip filler, but he also thinks she opted for an eye lift and temple filler to lift her eyebrows and increase collagen production that snatched.

Temple fillers are non-surgical injections that reinvigorate the temples like a mini facelift.

"If you look at the corner eye, it's called the lateral campus. It's a tiny bit more upturned than it used to be, but it doesn't turn on its own," he added.

In the end, Dr. Harper gave his stamp of approval and said, "She looks way better now."
