A HOMEOWNER has reportedly taken drastic action after being focused by his home-owner's association due to his yard.

The HOA rules reportedly state that members should be sure that their fencing is 50% clear.
Flick was lately informed that the fence in his yard was not in compliance and that he should make modifications, based on native CW affiliate WCCB.
